Have packages sent usps ground been delayed in any way?

Also what about UPS? I ordered something from Amazon, it was packged but UPS has yet to pick it up all day!

I assume all shipments from USPS and UPS were delayed. I'm expecting something from UPS that shipped ground last Monday, not here yet today.

USPS doesn't have ground.. they;re called Parcell (5-7 biz days) and Priority (3-5 days)

The majority of packages sent through the Post Office go air so, yes, those have been delayed. There has been no delay in ground shipments through UPS, but there are delays in air shipments.
