I sold and shipped a pair of Opteron processors on ebay earlier this month and shipped them via USPS Priority. They finally got delivered to the right address today 24 days later... let's check their progress, shall we?

  • Enroute, March 28, 2007, 7:41 pm, FEDERAL WAY, WA 98003
  • Undeliverable as Addressed, March 26, 2007, 9:08 am, ANCHORAGE, AK 99508
  • Delivered, March 20, 2007, 10:57 am, ANCHORAGE, AK 99508

  • Arrival at Unit, March 12, 2007, 2:49 am, ANCHORAGE, AK 99514

  • Enroute, March 06, 2007, 11:55 pm, FEDERAL WAY, WA 98003
  • Electronic Shipping Info Received, March 05, 2007

So that's from Fort Worth, TX to Sequim, WA to Anchorage, AK back to Sequim, WA back to Anchorage, AK and finally back to Sequim, WA again. That's 11,353 total miles according to Google maps, can someone beat that shipping mileage snafu? :D

Sounds like a couple of my packages. However delivery to an APO AP addressed is always quite involved. Normally USPS Priority Mail is delivered in about 10 days. I have had some take as many as 20, though. (Not quite as much as your 24, though.)
