Using wireless and wired connections at the same time

At work, I have the following setup on my laptop:

1. a wired (ethernet) connection into the lab network
2. a wireless connection to the corporate network

I need to be plugged into the lab network to get sufficient bandwidth for some of the projects I'm working on. However, when connected to the lab network, I have to use a proxy to connect to anything outside of our intranet (the wireless doesn't need a proxy).

The proxy works fine, but I was wondering if I could avoid using it so I don't have to reconfigure a bunch of software on my computer.

Is there any way to force Windows to do the following?

1. Use the wired connection for intranet
2. Use the wireless connection for internet

You could manually setup your routes, only problem with that is with a laptop I'm assuming you would need to change it back quickly when you are off the network.

Maybe a batch script that sets non-persistant routes while you're at work (so as soon as you shut down the routes go away)?
