Using video in on x800xt?

I've done video out a million times on video cards but one thing I never did was video in. How do I go about doing this. I have my ps2 plugged into the video card with the proper adapters now I just dont know how to enable it. What do I have to do?
 
Well I found some video capture software and that worked, except I couldn't make it full screen. At least I know what to use now though.
