Using two NICs...

Have two NICs in a machine, one is wireless, one is not. I can hit the internet through either one of them. Question is, how do I specify one for internet and the other for the network only. I'm trying to download via the internet on the wireless and save onto a network drive via the wired NIC. Make sense? Thanks for any help.
