Using two 25 foot ethernet cables vs a 50 foot cable

Hi - I need to re-route my router in my home and 50 feet of ethernet cab;e will do it. However, instead of spending $40 on a 50 foot cable, I have two 25 foot cables already. Will I lose any data / bandwith if I connect the two cables using a coupler?
