Using the VideoIN on a Gainward ti4600

I was just wonderin since my gainward has VIVO capabilities, does that mean that using a the standard video cable that came with my XBOX, i could plug that in and play on my computer monitor? I was just wonderin if this is possible before i try it and screw something up....thanks.

yes, using standard video cables, you can plug your xbox into the (video in) jack
of your gainward. nothing will get screwd up.
