I wholeheartedly agree.

NEF'ing without Permission for the aforementioned NEF'ing will jsut result in a continuous stream of NEF'ing concerning the banishment of the NEF.

TO NEF is to be partiotic and appreciate our freedom to NEF.

Sorry to spoil the picnic.
Several months ago, I was going out towards Hillsboro, OR and I saw a building that had the letters "NEF" on it and almost started laughing...it turned out to be New England Financial. :)

*whew* I saw the thread title and assumed the mods had banned the term Nef. Now that would be tragedy. Waddya say we give them the Anandtech Effect and show them that the term may not be the best marketing bet because so many people associate it with dumb internet posts? :D

On the contrary, Nikon too has joined the picnic. We've been using it for a long time before Nikon. Doh, does that mean Nikon pays us royalties for using the term "nef"?
