using the ball of a trackball to page scroll

Hi, so...I have a kensington orbit, which I bought specifically because I want to use the trackball, as page scroll (and not as mouse pointer)

I didn't check it could do this before I bought. which is why I bought from Amazon so I could return it if needed...

kensington says this t/ball model can't do this. I've tried a couple of utilities which didn't work....

does anyone know if its possible?
