I haven't seen anyone mention this, so forgive me if it's a repost. How do you use the "Text to Speech" feature in Vista? Let's say that I want to listen to a file in Notepad or something. Is there a way to do that? How about IE7? How do I make programs output to the Text to Speech feature?
