using syquest utilities in Win2000

I am using a Syquest SCSI drive. Win2k recognizes the drive and I can read and write only, but if I want to duoplicate a disk using Syquest utilities, it doesn't recognize the drive and says I need a valid aspi driver and it can't use INT 13. Win2K controls everything. Anyone knows how to get around this problem ?
