Using SpeedFan to control fan speeds

I just downloaded SpeedFan to try and control the fan speeds in my system.

I get a reading for an Aux2 Fan which is my 120mm Delta and it is at 5100 RPM.

The fan speed controls however show only Speed01, Speed02, and Speed03. Adjusting those does not seem to change the speed of the Delta fan.

Has anyone used this SpeedFan software before?

Is there a way I can get my Delta 120mm to about 50% other than buying a fan controller?

The yellow wire on the Delta is for monitoring rpm only. You can't adjust the fan speed without changing the power current going to the fan. Since the power is coming straight from the PSU the fan will run at 100%. The only way to control the fan speed on a Delta is with a controller.
