Using Smartphone as bluetooth adapter?

Hi,

I know bluetooth adapters aren't very expensive, but I don't have one. I do have a T-Mobile Dash, which does have bluetooth. Can I hook it up to my computer with USB, and use it through my desktop as a bluetooth adapter to connect to other devices?
