Using SecureCRT to post to livejournal

Hello, recently, I have begun playing around with secureCRT to write emails and read newsgroups on my college campus server. However, I frequently post on a livejournal account and wondered if it were possible to update my site from within some functionality in SecureCRT. Does anyone know if this is possible and how to do it if it is?
