Using Powerstream 520 overseas

I have an OCZ PSU that i bought in Canada. I want to use it in Malaysia (different power voltages), can I use a local PSU's power cable on the OCZ as long as i put the power setting on the OCZ @ 230V? The cables seem to be exactly the same aside from the plugs that go in the wall socket.
