Using phone as mobile hotspot, questions. Anyone use it?

I'm sure... I never used foxfi myself and always had fantastic experience with Wireless Tether. Also, I haven't tested Foxfi /w VPN connections, but I know it works through Wireless Tether.

If it ain't broke don't fix it 🙂 Either would work AFAIK.

If the O.P. is still looking to do this, the O.P. had better hurry. Verizon announced that it will be changing its policy: Unlimited data customers with 3G devices to lose unlimited data when upgrading to a 4G device.

If I had to guess when, I'd say the change will come slightly in advance of an LTE iPhone release.

Just quick update, bought a Razr Maxx, supposedly have unlimited 4G, and bought a Motorola Lapdock 100. Let's see how this goes.

EDIT: Confirmed unlimited 4G. Woot! 🙂 Love the razr maxx so far!
