Using pci-express video card and mobo in old ATX case?

Is there problems using pci-express video card and mobo in old ATX case? I mean everything fits where it has to i don't have to drill more holes in my old ATX case?

The mounting points, slot positions and I/O cutout are the same. You may find that the power supply unit of an old case probably doesn't have the connectors you'll need. SATA, PCIE-graphics, 24-pin main ATX power plug, extra mainboard power plugs, these are all recent additions.
