Using PC Video on my TV

Here's what I've got.

PC:
XP1800 in a mATX case
1 gig of RAM
RADEON 9250 with Composite & S-VIDEO outs
Happauge PVR 250
NEC 3550 DVD
200 Gig HD

Video Switch Box:
Takes Composite or SV and outputs it to the TV. It works fine with my cable box, VCR and home DVD player to the TV Composite input.

TV:
Old RCA with Coax and Composite only inputs. Tuner has from Ch 3 to "way up there" and an Aux RCA jack for the composite input.

Results thus far:
Hooked up the SV out to my TV using the video switch and I get a black and white picture with wavy lines.

How does everyone else watch DVD's on an old TV using a PC?
