using Packard Bell IR remote with realmagic software

i got this new remote, that was suppose to work with realmagic dvd station, but i used some software i found called wirc, didnt work, i tried some stuff from packard bell, called fast media, and also tried the sofware from realmagic for thir remote. is there any othe software out there??? please help

One problem now that is since you installed all that unusable software, there is a good chance that one of them will be running in the background even though you have uninstalled them. I'm most concerned about the FastMedia Software since that one is really old. Feel free to check out some threads at http://tekgems.com/support on the Packard Bell Remote. Thanks.
