Using one keyboard/mouse for two PCs

I know what you're thinking: KVM.

But I want to control both systems at the same time with the keyb/mouse, not switch between them.Anybody know if such a device exists that allows this?

thank you for your reply, but VNC allows remote control. That's about it

I don't have a solution.

But may I ask why you want to dupe your actions to both machines?

to have the exact same game input on both machines to compare performance between different system configurations

Check software solutions like Synergy, HotKeyNet, Multibox, etc. For a hardware solution check out a Vetra Keyboard Multicaster.
