Using on-motherboard Raid5, but wanting to upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade my 3 year old mobo, memory and cpu. The problem is, I'm using the onboard RAID controller using 4 HDs in a raid5 config. The issue is, as far as I know, I must use the same exact raid controller.

This is what I have:

ASUS A8N-SLI premium (september 2005)
Raid controller: siI3114 ( http://www.sci-worx.com/products/product.aspx?id=28 )
4x300GB maxtors Raid5 with about 800GB stored data

So my questions are:

1. Must I use the exact same Raid controller?
2. If so, is there a mobo made out there these days that uses this chip?
3. If there isn't a mobo, any idea if I can find a pci card that would do it?
4. Any other solution considered!

Thanks for your help on this.
