Using Nero to burn a DVD backup?

I've already created a decrypted backup that is currently on my hard drive. My DVD player will play DVD-R discs, but only if the book-type is set to "DVD-ROM" instead of "DVD-R". I mounted the DVD image in Daemon-Tools (an elite virtual disc drive applicaiton). How can I make sure that the "drive-to-drive" copy function will set the book type to DVD-ROM without wasting a disc to see?
