Using Nero 5.5 help please...

I think it the file format for Easy CD Creator. There are some software that reads the image files directly, don't remember the name however, it is ISO somthing.

 
file menu-> burn image -> make sure you have it set to show all files, then select the .iso -> click yes to whatever it says, and burn baby burn.
 
the 'ISO' extention is the same as Nero's 'NRG' extension so the easiest is just to rename the file. Always has worked for me so far.
