Using multiple mice on one computer..

i currently using 2 usb mice on my computer(one for gaming another one for browsing the web).. both are plugged in all the time.. i have patched my usb port to enable 250 hz sampling rate. however, only one mouse is able to run at 250hz.. the other one only runs at 100hz.. is there a way to enable 250hz sampling rate on all of my mice?
