Using MS wireless receiver with game controller

Hello

I just bought MS wireless keyboard and mouse 6000 v2. The keyboard is excellent and the mouse (mx1000) so so and the combo comes with a huge receiver, but my question is:

Can i find a game controller that is wireless and can make use of the receiver I got from the combo?

I guess all wireless GC come with a receiver, but is there a possibility I could find one that makes use of this receiver?
If I really wanted a wireless GC would I have to necessarily suffer two receiver?
