The easiest way is to host it on a picture website like bbzzdd, flickr, imageshack, etc. and link to it. There is a small button when you write your reply that allows you to add a link.
 
i should get an adapter for mine. i've got a falling apart praktica and some pentax lenses.
 
I love my tak 50.. just can't focus at infinity on my 5D or else the mirror will get stuck. on the GF1 it turns into a really nice portrait lens.
 
use infinity adapter
i have one and very happy with it
