using keyboard instead of mouse

Are there any combination of keys on the keyboard that do a right and left click so that I dont have to move my hand over to do it with the mouse?
 
since your hand isnt over the mouse already I assume you didn't just move the pointer into place. therefore the left click is the same as enter. the right click is something else I cant remember off hand like ctrl-shift-F10... not windows to check now
 
Right click that little key between the Windows key and the control key (on the right side). It works that way on my system (XP Pro, HP Multifunction PS2 keyboard).
