Using Ghost after Sysprep Win7

Hi,
I'm new in the imaging computer world. could you please help me with the Following?
- I'm doing a win7 imaging project. using Ghost.

I already run Sysprep process and I have already the XML file, but I don't know how to do the process to pull that image from ghost and do the deployment.
Can you please tell me the process I need to do.... Do I need the Symantec Ghost Console ? 🙄
