Using eVGA NF4 SLI Bridge on Asus A8N-Premium Mobo

Hey guys. I have an eVGA NF4 SLI mobo and I just bought the Asus A8N-SLI motherboard. But the Asus didn't come with anything but the driver cd. Do I have to buy the Asus SLI bridging module or can I use the one that came with my eVGA mobo?
 
I'm pretty sure it won't.. Asus has 2 slots between cards, the EVGA has 1 so the bridge will be too short.
