Using cosmic radiation to detect stealth?

It'd probably be easier and cheaper to just take live video from orbit, with some sort of computer system monitoring for objects moving faster than [BIRD_FLIGHT] m/s, and larger than [MODEL PLANE] in area. Immense computation requirements, but it'll snag most things, and you can crank up the quality/detection algorithms enough to tease out camo'd aircraft I imagine.

This one is good topic, but I doubt the real existence of such a theory. I believe it's a hoax
