using cell phone to dial in

I was wondering, how exactly could I use my cell phone to dial in to a modem. I have an SBC dial up account that is included with my DSL, and was wondering if this is possible (if it's possible without having to get an extra package from my cell phone provider, tmobile. Basically should use just minutes from my phone)

My provider is Tmobile, and I was wondering if they have this feature available.
 
i'd imagine you'd need some kind of dialing program on your cell phone because you need to be able to send the username and password info from your cell phone.
