Using built in QAM tuner

Just got a new plasma with a built in QAM tuner. I'd like to try and see what digital channels come over my cox line that are not scrambled but unsure of how to get channels like 85-1 (something I've seen in some discussions on it).

If anyone has a link to a good forum/FAQ on the subject would appreciate it.
