Does anyone have trouble with Windows 2000
and the ATI TV Wonder VE (using the beta drivers) TV tuner???? It seems to work ok, but frequently freezes
the computer at random moments....
Lemme know if anyone knows how to fix this prob... thx!

I don't have the full version of the ATI tv wonder and I don't have any problems with freezing any more. You asked what I did? I followed their directions. But to summarize things ati asks to ignore the multiple card message during installation. After installation do not reboot the computer. Right click on my computer and go to properties. Hit the hardware tab and click on Device manager. Another window should pop up with the device property. You'll see other devices listed there with a question mark inside a yellow circle or something along those lines. Uninstall those two multimedia devices. Restart your computer and when asked for drivers point it to where you decompressed the files, i.e. c:\MMC-TVWonder. Click ok and you should get 5 prompts asking for an ok to install the drivers. I hope that helps.

I'm almost ready to quit trying to install my ATI TV Wonder VE (value edition).

I think there is a compatability isuue with the
ATI TV Wonder + ATI Radeon 64VIVO + Win2K

Anyone have this setup working?

I've got the tv wonder standard. Works ok for just watching tv but the darn ATI drivers still don't support video capture (I wish we got TV Wonder driver leaks like Radeon leaks). As such the card isn't very useful to me right now. I'm seriously considering picking up another (better) card anyways.
