using Apple iSight with WinXP - tried 1st thing, what's Next ?

hi

i asked about this here, maybe once before, and
the conclusion was "just try it"

so i did. i'm using an ASUS P5GD2 Premium motherboard,
the one that i guess had some decent OC'ing reviews.

it has on-board Firewire & as far i can tell, the Firewire
driver installation occurs with the chipset setup, the
"general chipset driver" install.

on the MB disk, there is no separate Firewire driver.
the iSight is a Firewire camera.

thanks !

WW

Indeed, I recall reading Apple including iSight in the small list of features that will not work on XP, though maybe they'll get some driver for it that'll change this in the future.
