Using an Atom+Ion based netbox as an access point or wireless router

Obviously, I would be installing some flavor of Linux, maybe Ubuntu 10.10 so I can use it as a web proxy, possibly a net box connected to the HDTV also. For use as an AP, I would just connect the onboard NIC to a FastEthernet or Gigabit switch. If I'm going to use it as a wireless router, I assume I would just need to get a USB to Ethernet adapter and use that for the WAN port unless the netbox comes with dual onboard NICs.
