Using an Apple 23" HD Cinema Display on a PC

I hope this is the right forum for this question. I am looking to use a 23" Apple HD Cinema display on a computer with a dual head Radeon 8500 with DVI and VGA. If anyone has any experience with this or knows if it will work with the ADC to DVI connectors that are available I would appreciate it. Thanks.
