So I want to add another IDE controller to my system so rather than buy something new I thought I'd see what I have laying around. I found an old IDE ISA card that used to be in a 386 that I trashed many years ago. I threw it in my dusty never used ISA slot and when I booted it I was hoping for something.. anything.. but as near as I can tell it doesn't detect it or anything. There are no distinguishing marks on the ISA card, so I don't know who made it. Any suggestions or do I just throw down the $15 and get a new one.
Thanks.
Thanks.
