Using an Abit KT7-Raid motherboard in an old Dell case?

Hi folks,
I have an old Dell XPSH266. I'm planning on buying an Abit KT7-Raid motherboard and a Duron 700 overclocked to 900 MHZ with a Coolermaster heatsink. Can I use my old Dell case or do I need to buy a new one? Also, will the Duron be okay with just the heatsink or do I really need to buy a fan or two?
Thanks,
Chris

Recently I was trying to put up a system for my friend ... he got Dell P3 550MHz. Case is not compartible. Connectors for HDD led, power led, power, reset all are in one plug which is not compartible with Abit.
You gotta buy new case or those contacts has to be resoldered.

Okay, that's too bad, but thanks. So, what case would you all recommend that I get? I really don't need anything too fancy, just something that'll work with my setup and keep my CPU from being fried.
