I have an a7v133 and have recently purchased 256 meg of cas2 pc133 on 1 stick, Previously I had 2 x 128mb of pc133 in the board. The question is do I go with 512 meg and run @ cas3 or use the 256 at cas2 ? I do a lot of photoshop/pro-e/autocad so lots of memory could be a good thing, also I am unsure of having all 3 slots populated in the board is this good or not ?

Should be no problems running RAM in all three slots on that board. If you are going to be manipulating large graphics, then I suggest you go with 512MB of RAM. CAS2 and CAS3 really does not make that much of a performance difference. The difference would be much greater if you were hitting the swap file on your hard disk with 256MB of RAM as opposed to having the whole lot in RAM at 512MB.
