Using a second router as a wired/wireless access point

I have a couple of netgear routers, an mr814 and then a similar wireless g version. Is it possible to set one up as a wireless access point in another room, not to use for wireless devices, but to use it's ethernet ports to connect other devices (ie ps2 etc) ?
