Would there be any advantage to rigging a peltier to the GPU in terms of O/Cing? What about drawbacks?

;) I wouldn't advise modding any 4200 as the o/c is generally a matter of core or RAM limits NOT associated with heat but with technical limitations. Some cores get to 320mhz while others are stuck at 250mhz, if yours gets close to 300mhz there is a chance a better cooler may get you to 320mhz but even then the actual perf idff is VERY small. In much the same way RAM HS do very little, anyway do rem that a 4200 only has to be stress tested by the manu at DEFAULT clocks and that default may be all you'll get!

:) Of course there's also the warranty to think about. If you o/c then you pretty much invalidate your warranty BUT there is a chance the card could fail from a manu defect or something unrelated to o/c'ing meaning you're still in with a chance of getting a replacement BUT if you have visually modded the card at all they won't even bother looking at it. When you look at the VERY small gains of modding you have to ask yourself whether it's worth the time, money, hassle, risk or warranty invalidation.
