Actually an old "trick" for those applying heat to a small piece of metal would be to make a "heat dam" out of toothpaste fi nothing else is available. It it NOT a heat conductor!

I never said those were my systesm... I have applied it both systems I own, as well as other friend's systems, and systems that I have sold. DO I care if you don't think they are spectacular overclocks, especially if they are not mine? no.

Well, I'm still running a Duron 600@1000@1.8 and I'm not having any problems. Motherboard Monitor shows 36C, but I know how inaccurate the Socket A platform is with temperatures. It's making me nervous, and I can't wait until I can get some Arctic Silver.
