Using a Compaq PSU in a non Compaq computer?

I think they use standard ATX PSU's even if they are generic, so you should be ok. Although I have also seen the results of one of their PSU's going bad..capacitors on the motherboard exploaded, leaving sticky goo all over the case, PSU, motherboard, and CPU.
