Thats really wierd because usually buying ahrdware doesn't mean buying software to use it, lol

Image if ATI did that, $400 for the new card, and then $100 for the software ;)

I have the same phone, so I'd be interested in anything you find out too... :)

I have v60i and use it every day to connect to the web. My service provider is Verizon, so the only charge I incur is the minutes.

To get phone working you will need to install Motorola v60 drivers. Those drivers are not free and you will need to purchase Motorola TrueSync software or Verizon Mobile Office Kit to get those drivers. Once drivers are installed, v60 is recognized as the modem on your laptop and you can either dial up your ISP, or if you're with Verizon, #777 with user name and password as QNC.

I hope this helps and please don't hesitate to post any additional questions you might have.

Best regards,

Its pretty fun using a cell phone for internet because on a long trip, my brother and I sit in the back seats and just play good ol' games like Tribes 1 and connect to our server at home. When I do that, it makes me wonder how the hell people on a 56k play because when you press a button to fire, it only fires like a second later, its actually pretty funny.
