Using a capure program for tv viewing for msi 4200 vtd

I used to use the capture program that came with my old tnt2 card to watch TV through a video and into the video in port. But since upgrading to a msi 4200 vtd the capure program that came with the new card (intervideo win producer) only shows 1/4 screen.
Is there a good free program that will let me use my monitor as a second tv.
