Using a bluetooth headset as wireless headphones?

I just recently purchased a bluetooth headset (Sony ericsson HBH-602) for my handset and I was curious as to whether anyone ever has been able to use the headset as wireless headphones for the PC?

I have a bluetooth dongle and theoretically it seems possible, but I can't begin to guess where I could find a solution.

I don't think the headset is ONLY meant for phones as it carries a wireless signal for voice and audio streaming. I think it can be done, I think.

Anyone ever pondered this?

Yup, you can. I've used my HS850 (Motorola headset), for exactly that purpose. I use an MX900 for the BT receiver, though.

YOU ARE F-ING KIDDING ME!!!!!!!!!!

=] can you tell me how? (btw, i wanted the hs850 too. it looks so hot! mine works great, but i would choose looks over functionality any day)

whats an mx900?

MX900 = Logitech BT mouse.

All you have to do is go to My Bluetooth Places and find the headset, pair it, and then set up the headset.

I'll be around. I don't have it set up at the office here, so I can only provide you information by memory.

oh. will the earpiece play audio as well?

sorry for this, but how do i set up a mic? typically i just plug it into the red 8mm jack and its a go

control panel -> speech?

Hello!

I´ve been trying to do the same... but I just got to the point of pairing my HS850 with my computer... How I can setup the HS850 as a microphone?

Can you help me?

Thanks!
