Using 40" T.V. as a secondary screen, switching inputs changes background

As the title states, it's only an annoying issue. Every time I switch from my PS4 to my PC via A/V Receiver, Windows looses the background on the T.V. and defaults to the same background as my primary display. Is there any remedies for this? This is only annoying, nothing major..
