The seti server won't serve WU's out to the <3.03 clients, but it accepts completed WUs from older clients, right? Can't you DL them with 3.03 and upload with 3.0?
 
Yes you could for now I suppose ,but I think that would not be liked by SETI after the cut off date! (even assuming they'll accept v3.0 results then) ,another way round would be to use SETIQ &amp; modify a txt file to show v3.03!.
