Using 266MHz processor on 200 MHz motherboard

Is there any problem using a AMD Athlon w/ 266MHz on a 200MHz motherboard?

i believe not...i've heard fo people accidentally running their 266mhz procs. at 200mhz because the onboard jumper that switches from 100/133 was set at 100...

though the multiplier by default will be low...so u'll be running at slow ass speeds unless u bump the multiplier

Yup, just make sure the multipliers are set where you want them, if not you'll run 3/4 the rated speed.

to reassure you, I have an unlocked 1.33(266) running at 13x100=1300 in an A7V with no problem, very sweet. actually it's also at 1.65 vcore. as long as it's unlocked your fine.
