Here's some processor histroy for you.

I have aquired a Pentium Pro 200 256K, 128Mb 72 pin Simms, 2.1 Gb H/D and W2K running on it!

I know that the PPro finds 16 bit difficult so I guess Seti is out of the question?

So what could I crunch in 32 bit?

P-Pros also make fairly good low-end/household file server machines, if your mobo supports more than one CPU go out and find a good matched pair and watch it take on almost any non gaming task with ease.

You could aslo try to find the P-II 333 overdrive chip for it.. and extend its life a bit farther.

Thanks guys,

There is only 1 socket so no dually fun...

As for a file server... well here goes home networking. I already have 2 networked with a cross-over but here come the hub.

Cheers.
